Recurring weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from June 19 to August 30, 2023, guests can indulge in four carefully curated and pleasantly unexpected food and wine pairings.

For $125 for two people (including sales tax and gratuity), your journey will include:

1. “Cheese and Crackers” featuring goat cheese, toasted nuts, dried cherries, and jam paired with our vibrant NEON sparkling wine.
2. A savory “Quiche” with leek and Raclette, complemented by Portobello mushroom relish and fresh greens, accompanied by our natural Eff Nat sparkling wine.
3. The “Paté” course presents a flavorful chicken liver pate with pickled red onion and a cherry-almond cracker, matched with our Redd sparkling wine.
4. End on a sweet note with our “Sweet Tart” – a salted maple caramel apple tart with cheddar cheese, perfectly paired with our special 50th Anniversary Cuveé.
